Description

We just did a beautiful, quaint wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club in jewel-tones of garnet, ruby and emerald. The small ceremony was held in the Sun Room and the reception was held in the Clock Tower Room. The colors we chose fit perfectly with the colors of the rooms and the venue’s burgundy chairs.

For the ceremony, we decorated the chair aisle with floral bundles and had a “family centerpiece” that served as the “Unity Candle” concept. Since it was both the bride and groom’s second marriage and they have adult children, the family centerpiece was a vase of foliage and filler that sits next to 2 red roses for the couple, 2 mauve roses for the bride’s children and 3 fuchsia roses for the groom’s children. The idea is that everyone in the family adds a single rose making for an overall beautiful mixed arrangement which was later moved to the head table at the reception.

For the reception, we decorated the mantle, the surprise wedding cake and did 3 textural, rich mixed centerpieces for the guest tables. It looked so beautiful and everyone loved the flowers and decor! Judy’s bouquet is certainly one of my favorites to date–the bold colors and rich textures were to die for! Be sure to check it out!

Congrats to Judy and Paul!
