Judy and Charles had their beautiful wedding ceremony and reception at one of my favorite venues, Meson Sabika. Their colors were hot pink, magenta, fuchsia and purple and flowers included garden roses, phaleanopsis orchids, vanda orchids, dahlias, peonies, stock, mokara orchids, and spray roses.
For their nuptials, Judy carried a stunning bouquet of peonies, garden roses, spray roses, dahlias, vanda and phaleanopsis orchids. The handle was wrapped in ivory satin with a ruffle of ribbon and wire around the top, and wire and pearls doing down the middle. It was just fabulous!
Charles wore a phaleanopsis bout to match, and the mother of the bride wore a beautiful corsage made of orchids.
Judy and Charles were married in a gazebo outside of the beautiful mansion in the gardens…the landscaping is so beautiful there! I took some photos…check them out!
For the reception space, Judy and Charles had a quaint space in the mansion that was filled with a u-shaped table and chairs and dressed in linens from my friends at The Chair Couture. I added florals to the mix, including a vase for her bouquet, two wire cone sculptures with orchids on them, two mixed round arrangements, six pedestal candle stick holders with orchids, wire and folding candles, some votive candles and magenta and purple bling scattered about.
I was lucky that Judy and Charles are using my talented friend Amy Christian of AC Design & Photography as their photographer–I am sure she will get some awesome shots of it all!
I am so happy that Judy’s daughter Emilie asked that I do the flowers–I did her wedding a few years ago and it is always nice to get a referral from a happy past-client!
