Since really only a few people know how to pronounce my lastname, I decided to make a holiday card post featuring our name spelled out the way it sounds…JANES is really pronounced “Janice” or “Janess” or even “Janus” and not the plural of the girl’s name Jane like it appears. I will answer to Janes of course and I too would have thought our name was pronounced the other way if Matt didn’t tell me that when we first met. I just had to tell my brother-in-law’s girl friend how our lastname is pronounced a couple weeks ago–that was funny. She thought his lastname was pronounced the other way for the first month they were dating! lol. Good times. Anyways, Happy Holiday’s from us!
