Description

Another addition to our 2012 Floral Design Tutorial List is our Easter Centerpiece Tutorial which will be held Wednesday, April 4th from 6-8pm at our studio. This class will cover two designs: the main, larger design was partially inspired by some photo ideas floating around Pinterest that included using Peep bunnies and jelly beans in the vase but instead of simple tulips, we will be filling the container with a full mix of flowers and textures; and the second, smaller design is a little bird nest accent with floral, feathers, and mushroom bird.

Here is a close up of the nest accent we’ll be making:

Easter Centerpiece Tutorial

Registration info: Class minimum 3 student/max 8; Registration must be completed by Monday, March 26, 2012
Description: Make a floral arrangement inside a vase that we will line with candy. An inner-vase will actually hold the flowers, keeping the floral and candy components separated. A second petite accent piece will also be made that includes a nest, moss, bird, feathers and fresh floral accents. Containers will be provided and flowers and foliage will include wax flower, tulips, peonies, hydrangea, moss, maidenhair fern, pittosporum, nerine lilies, ranunculus, spray roses and other blooms.
