Featured Bouquet | Colorful + Textural Mix Inspired by Carnivale | Chicago Wedding Florist

bright wedding bouquet

Even though I did this wedding a few years ago, this is still one of my favorite bouquets EVER. It doesn’t hurt that VRAI took such awesome photos of it. This bouquet was inspired by the wedding venue–which was Chicago’s CARNIVALE restaurant. If you’ve been there, its bold and bright and awesome inside–with literally every color in the rainbow on the walls. The bride was totally trusting, and just told me to make a bouquet inspired by the venue–which I happily did–and this is the end result. It has a little of everything in it…roses, stock, oncidium orchids, phalaenopsis orchids, craspedia (aka billy balls), spray roses, vanda orchids, mokara orchids, and lisianthus. The handle (which unfortunately you cannot see in this photo) was wrapped in a bunch of different colored ribbons knotted around it. You can see more photos from this wedding here.
