Fall Rustic Glam Wedding | Eaglewood Resort Wedding | Itasca Wedding Florist

purple gold rustic glam wedding Lindsey and Brendan's Fall Rustic Glam wedding at Eaglewood Resort was AMAZING! Thankfully Genevieve Lauren Photography was there to capture all of the glitzy autumnal glory! This wedding was like anything we've done before. Lindsey was a unique bride with a vision...and we hit it off immediately. We quickly realized she wanted glitter + glam but with fall tones and some purple worked into the mix. And some pumpkins...and branches...and other more "rustic" things. Could all of these ideas combine together and actually look cohesive...I certainly thought so! gold glitter succulents bouquet The bouquet was the star of our rustic glam theme--mostly ivory blooms were accented with some Picasso callas (which are ivory with a deep purple throat) and gold seeded eucalyptus was worked throughout the bouquet and perfectly coordinated with the gold glitter-dipped succulents. It was amazing. A ruffled handle and brooch finished the rustic glam look. fall wedding centerpieces The couple was awesome to work with and were really open to all of my random ideas to make things look really awesome. The tall centerpieces consisted of gold-sprayed curly willow branches, some gold-dipped seeded eucalyptus and some fluffy dark purple hydrangea with bubble votives hanging from the branches. There were 2 shorter centerpiece styles as well: one was a cylinder with a submerged orchid + coiling gold wire inside with a purple carnation orb/pomander (we reused from the ceremony pews) that was wrapped in gold bouillon wire for some more shimmer; the other was our signature "framed" centerpiece style--a gold frame filled with 3 varying height cylinders with bold orange petals and a bunch of blooms + foliage. It was the only centerpiece style that showed off some accents of orange and it was just enough for the space! The cake was another total show-stopper! Purple Vanda orchids, gold succulents, gold seeded eucalyptus and wild gold curly willow placed perfectly around the cake made it one of the most awesome cakes we've ever decorated! What a totally fun and unique wedding to be a part of! We LOVED it. We can't wait for more fun fall weddings like this one!
