Beautiful Thanksgiving Centerpiece

Matt and I were fortunate enough to get invited to our “third parents” (aka our next-door neighbors) Kevin and Jamie’s house for 2nd Thanksgiving this weekend. They have a huge blended family with 7 children (all around our age group) some of which having their own spouses and kids–so there was like 30 people there. I actually just did one of their kid’s weddings this past September–and likely will be doing another on in May! Needless-to-say, they are like extended family to us and I know they’d hook us up with some awesome food. I did not want to go over empty-handed, so I made this glorious arrangement for Jamie and brought two bottles of chilled wine for Kevin. Both gifts were well-received and the food was in fact, totally awesome. This is what the holidays are all about–fun togetherness!

This arrangement had a ton of elements including a short manzanita branch, dried lotus pods, succulents, spray roses, hydrangea, button poms, seeded eucalyptus, and china berries. It had a ton of fabulous textures! Perfect for Thanksgiving…(and 2nd Thanksgiving!)
