Molly and Robert were married at St. Cletus Catholic Church in La Grange and had their reception at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott. Their wedding was casual and chic in shades of pink, green, navy and ivory. Flowers included roses, sweetheart roses, spray roses, hydrangea, lisianthus, Bells of Ireland, larkspur, stock, and hypericum berries.
For Molly’s bouquet, I created a mix of roses, sweetheart and spray roses with lisianthus and hydrangea in shades of white and some green. The handle was wrapped in bright pink and green French Toile which was also used to wrap the bridesmaids bouquets and the table runners. The bouts and corsages were made of roses and berries. The flower girls carried tiny floral wands made of pink spray roses, berries and ribbons.
For the ceremony, I designed a monogrammed aisle runner, 2 altarpieces, a Mary Offering and 2 parent offerings.
The 2 altarpieces were later reused at the reception on the parent tables. The head table was decorated with vases for the bouquets, votives and petals. The cake table also was decorated with petals. The centerpieces for the guest tables were done in 2 styles–one was a mix of pink and green roses with hydrangea and berries in a square vase and the other was a quad of 4 square vases filled with hydrangea, roses and stock.
Everything looked fantastic!
I am so happy for Molly and Bob! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Weller!
