New Year, New Color!

First off, Happy New Year!

And yes, you heard that right…Pantone (the leader in all things color) has chosen the color for 2011–
and its a shade of pink!

So, how can you apply this pink to your wedding?

It’s simple, you can introduce this color in your bridesmaid dresses, linens, paper items and flowers. Dresses in this actual color are available from The Dessy Group who works directly with Pantone when designing their dress colors. You can also play up this pink in your tablecloths, chair ties or napkins (but keep it to one of these items–too much pink CAN be a bad thing!) Your wedding paper items can be mounted to pink cardstock or printed in pink ink. And let’s not forget your awesome pink flowers–try ranunculus or dahlias to soften things up with a modern twist.
