Who’s Got Head Shots? I do, I do!

I recently embarked on the new, wedding-related project and found out that head shots were needed in order to make my bio. Since I am working with Kara Schultz on a bunch of weddings this year, plus we are doing a “pet project” together this May, I asked her to take my head shots. She was nice enough to ablidge me, and we shot them a few days ago. Kara also posted a fabulous, slightly embarrassing blog post about me that you all should check out. All of the photos were taken in downtown Geneva near her new studio. One of the “highlights” from the photo shoot for me was when Kara took a million shots in a row of me and basically pretended to be Austin Powers. “Look, I’m not even shooting you…And I’m spent.”
Did I mention that Kara also shot my wedding reception?! Yeah, she’s pretty awesome. In addition to shooting weddings, she also shoots engagement photos, trash the dress photos, baby bump photos, and pet & baby/kid portraits. She also offers boudoir sessions with another one of my favorite vendors, Cynthia Sally. Cynthia did my wedding ceremony and reception make up. She also is awesome.
